Upon graduation, Dr Paroulek won a position at the Department of Oral, Maxillary and Facial Surgery in Olomouc, establishing a private clinic in Olomouc in 2003.

Board Examination I in dentistry Board examination in oral, maxillary and facial surgery

Fellowships:
At clinics of maxillofacial surgery and plastic and esthetic surgery in France (Paris, Montpellier),
Switzerland (Zurich), USA (Orlando), and Germany (Chemnitz)

Publications and lectures:
42 publications addressing issues of dentoalveolar and maxillofacial surgery in peer-reviewed
journals 85 lectures in the Czech Republic and abroad.
